This workshop is about dealing with loss. All of us will experience a variety of losses in our lives: the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship we thought would last forever, unexpected loss of a job, a debilitating illness, the loss of a pet and the loss of a normal life due to Covid-19 and the pandemic.
Learn the ideas and techniques to heal your heart and find acceptance of the loss and the joy in life again. You will experience: the power of sharing with others who are dealing with loss, meditation for finding peace, forgiveness work, a releasing ritual, affirmations for healing and more.
This workshop is offered with great gentleness and compassion. There is no right or wrong way to deal with grief. You will learn ways to feel and acknowledge the grief and come to trust that there can still be gratitude, love and joy in life.
